Marquez is most definitely a top fighter. He was just fighting above his weight, and against a really bad style match for him. Marquez beat Pac 2 from 2 IMO, and is a brilliant fighter. Best Mexican of his era IMO out of him Barrera and Morales IMO, and thats a huge statement.
