But remember Floyd was also fine with another agency such as the MLB or the NFL to handle the testing. I wonder if Lidocaine is on thier banned substance lists...

Doesn't make sense, considering if he's used it in the past, then why has he not been caught?

NSAC directs it's list to wada and their list.

Lidocaine and Xylocaine ARE NOT on this list.

Where are you getting your info from?

Maybe I'm missing something, but my understanding is this:

    1. Blood test during Press Conference
    2. Blood test(s) randomly ANYTIME in training camp but only up to 24 days before the fight
    3. Blood test minutes after last round of fight
    4. Unlimited random urine testing anytime

I don't know about you guys but this sounds far above and beyond what NSAC requires. I am not an expert but I don't know if there's a drug you can take that can avoid this kind of rigorous testing. Even if there is, what would the benefit be if the window of time to use it is so small (if there is).
Also, I don't think Pac is stupid enough to use it given the very high risk of being caught and have his legacy go down the drain.

Agreed! Of course, this seems to have more basis though than the other joke that is the baseless steroid accusation against Pac.

Some xylocaine, which is anesthetic, have active ingredients that includes a hormone/stimulant called epinephrine (same as adrenaline which is on the list)

    Adrenaline
associated with local anaesthetic agents or by local administration

(e.g. nasal, ophthalmologic) is not prohibited.

surely lidocaine fits the bill :deal

    wiki excerp:
Adranaline, when in the bloodstream, it rapidly prepares the body for action in emergency situations. The hormone boosts the supply of oxygen and glucose to the brain and muscles, while suppressing other non-emergency bodily processes (digestion in particular

I meant to also include that lidocaine is injected subcutaneously where one of its active ingredient in adrenaline.

So far, you are assuming it's on the list. You've yet to actually confirm it.

AND EVEN IF IS TRUE. Why has he not tested positive for such a substance in the past I dont know how many fights?

    http://www.doghouseboxing.com/Garcia/Garcia091904.htm

Nevada State Athletic Commission executive director, Marc Ratner, revealed that this particular local anesthetic is normally expelled out of the body very quickly, thus implying that he did not believe the urinalysis would be problematic for De La Hoya.

    Huh? Hold my hand now...

If it is expelled that means it is GONE.
If it is GONE that means it ISN'T WORKING.
If it ISN'T WORKING that means it ISN'T DETECTABLE.
If it ISN'T DETECTABLE that means it ISN'T an ISSUE!

    ... and 1-2-3, 1-2-3...

and the same question applies to pac as well..

if neither of these guys tested positive in the paste there is no reason to believe that they both have cheated. unfounded accusations and hunches are not acceptable, plain and simple..
