NSAC's Kizer: " This content is protected within a week of a bout. If lidocaine is injected, the pain receptors in the boxer may not work and he may not know if he is hurt.” Margaret Goodman, M.D. (speaking as NSAC Medical Advisory Board Chairman): "By numbing something out, you can't feel it. If you can't feel it, This content is protected . And then you won't even know if you really injured it." HBO's Jim Lampley: "Although in some states it is illegal, some fighters including Floyd had been known to inject numbing medicines into their hands This content is protected , a measure that can give a boxer a short-lived but dangerous sense of confidence."
Thanks for not redding and bolding that it's allowed within a week of the bout. If he's not tested positive by the board, what has he done wrong? Considering that it's legal, during his training. ****ing moron, read your **** before you own yourself you ****ing ******. :rofl:rofl
Dude, Jim Lampley just accused him that he takes them JUST PRIOR TO A FIGHT. That can't mean 1 week before. Same with Pac dude, he never tested positive.
fraud cheats in scales, loading his gloves, what else do you have in your bag of tricks floyd?. you should be called floyd "the magicman" maytricker
ACCUSED. Is there any facts? He would of tested positive for it, had he done so. EPO (which is the only thing I think Pac would be on, if he was taking anything, which I dont think he is at all) Can easily be out of your system and still help you. While a NUMBING shot, would have no effect. aweek later.
People are really getting desperate now. So what do we have?? Xylocaine/lidocaine or steriods. Asperin/tylenol or steriods. **** Off assholes.
Let me correct myself. Jim Lampley did not accuse. Instead, what he said was explicit, that Floyd takes them just prior to a fight. Yes, this is Jim's word against anybody. Yet, Mayweather did not correct him if that was not true.
Yet Mayweather never tested positive, which if he would of taken them prior to the fight, he would of tested positive. You have no case and you've owned yourself. In all honesty, you've probably critized Lampley's comments in the past and are only using them, to fuel your hate for Mayweather.
You're right! These are all crazy stuff. However, since the Floyd camp was the first to bring up baseless accusations, this is fair game.
Obviously they mentioned that too early in his career and he hasn't been caught with anything giving tests after all of his fights. As far as I remember he also broke his hand against Baldomir despite that footage over there being available WAY before that fight. He also injured his hand in fights immediately after that one too which is why he can't afford to be as active as he can be even when openings are available so that drug obviously didn't do much to help enhance anything. It might make him forget the pain but he sure as hell did feel pain against Baldomir and his sudden inactivity was an obvious proof. Not only HE uses that but many others, I believe Lennox Lewis had issues with his hand as well, Calzaghe is another. If it's illegal he would have been caught and questioned before HBO hosted that live for the entire world to see, right?
Same with Pac, he never tested positive. If NSAC's urine test is being questioned, who's to say their methodology for testing lidocaine is perfect. But, yes, these are all just crazy stuff. It's only becoming fair game because Floyd's camp was the first to bring up ****.
You can re-state this until the cows come home. It doesn't change the fact that only mayweather is willing to be tested. Why won't Pacquio send his blood in? What is he hiding?
