I have a hard time seeing this fight happening. Extreme mismatch that nobody wants to see. Floyd is too good of a fighter to be fighting Matthew Hatton. Pacquaio picked a tough fight in Clottey when the Pac-Mayweather fight fell through. I'd hope Mayweather would pick someone on a similar level to Clottey.

 

Previous mismatches did not prevent Floyd from taking those un-challenging fights.

I would not be surprised if Floyd fights M. Hatton. And it will probably last 12 rounds too to make it look good.

I'd give Mayweather more credit for fighting Victor Ortiz or Valero rather than a scrub like Hatton.

More likely its going to be malinaggi. If Floyd fights M.Hatton it will really be taking the ****. I know he has said he wants to fight in UK but this would make him lose all credibility.
