Couple of points the Klitschko nuts always wilfully ignore:
    1. Vitali was pretty much out on his feet at the end of the sixth.
    2. Vitali's corner were pulling him out of the fight before the ref even came to look at him, that's why they put butterfly stitches on his cuts, you're not allowed to fight with those on so are we to believe they were just applying them for 40 seconds and then tearing them of again?

Lewis won, Lewis was a better fighter than either of the Klitschko's. Get over it.

Well, Lennox certaintly took a bit of a hammering in this fight, and came through it. I think that is a testament to his reign as champion, he walked through Klitschkos best shots, basically took everything he had and gave the younger man a great fight.

So can someone tell me why Lewis isn't considered top 3 all time in the Heavyweight Division, or at least ahead of Mike "I beat a ton of Bums" Tyson?

that fight was badass. Lewis is one of the greatest HW's ever and Vitali did himself proud that night.

Great fight and Lewis won fair and square.

His record in rematches was pretty spectacular and I don't he wouldve mucked about had they fought a second time.

Vitali was beginning to fade by the sixth and Lewis was starting to take over i thought.

The one thing that really pissed me off about it all was the way Klitschko complained and cried afterwards and went round to each corner raising his hands. He lost!
The judges may have had him ahead on the cards but had the fight carried on with no cut he couldve got knocked out in the next round regardless!

Vitali has made a lot of his reputation based on something that didn't happen.

Lennox was the best fighter in that HW era period. Now I never liked Lennox but he beat all of the 90s best HW and would dominate this weak crop of HW as well.

Anyone who thinks Vitali was going to win that fight was delliusional, even without the cut, Lewis had already taken control of the fight and would have knocked him in within the next 2 rounds.

The cut stoppage was actually the worst thing that could have happened for Lewis! Not for Vitali.
