the answer to both questions is zero. They are both done , Cotto as a top tier fighter , and Jacory as a credible poster.

Cotto is still a damn good fighter. He just lost to a nasty package in Margo and, well, Pacquiao. I'm not sure he can be effective at 154, purely because he's not really that big/tough/powerful. Oh well.
