RD 1 Vargas 10-9 wins on aggression, not much landing though
RD 2 Vargas 10-9 Pac landing more punch's now but backed up by Vargas' Power
RD 3 Pac 10-9 Manny finding his mark a lot more and the speed is starting to show!
RD 4 Pac 10-9 Manny starting to land combo's of 4 and 5
RD 5 Pac 10-9 Vargas wobbled by a combination. starts to hold on
RD 6 Pac 10-9 Vargas not throwing more than 2 punches and is starting to hold
Rd 7 Pac 10-8 Vargas dropped finally after repeated blows to his beadyeyed face.
Rd 8 Pac 10-9 Vargas looks discouraged, and manny is taking a breather round
Rd 9 Pac 10-9 Looks identical to RD 8
Rd10Pac 10-9 better Rd for Vargas but still not effective
RD11Vargas 10-9 finally throwing combinations and trying to walk through the punches
RD12Pac 10-8 Vargas dominates the first 2 min. and desperatly throws everything he has , but is not thinking Defense and manny drops him in the final min. he gets up, but barely makes it to the end! So sorry guys thats how it goes down. you owe me 49.95 each.

It's like Addie said; Pacquiao takes the kind of punches he took from Cotto against Vargas and this would have been an ugly ugly result for Pacquiao. Vargas by TKO.

Is Paq juiced? If so then he beats Vargas and Rocky, both at the same time. If he's not juiced then he loses to JMM. Twice.

really so noone in history would have dominated him????? Duran? Hagler? Hearns? and yes Pac? just because certain greats didn't dominate him doesn't mean others won't. ALI, FRAZIER, FOREMAN. I'm not looking at the "other" fights I'm looking at there peak abilities and styles, and yes Pacman is better than Vargas, with that being said I would probably say Vargas' power and size however would make him more capable of beating certain fighters "Mayweather".

oh for sure pac is better but that weight i don't see him destroying someone of vargas' talent. winning is entirely possible, but it'd have to be the same strategy as Oscar but Vargas would put up MUCH more resistance

Pre-tito Vargas gets ever so slightly underrated around here. He put on a very brave performance against Tito and put it all on the line. He ended up taking a beating and physically and mentally was never really the same. A decent minority thought he could win that fight and he showed why at several points of that modern day classic.

Nando is bigger and stronger then Pac...but he also had decent speed and stand up skills. That combination makes this a very up hill battle for Manny IMO.
