anybody watching this that can give some updates or maybe even a round by round by any chance?

edit: fight starts at 3am apparently.

 

the poon just won a 12round majority decision over hosono.

 

Wow, I'm surprised I was expecting that fight to end by a stoppage. Has Salgado fought yet?

The scorecards were 114-114, 115-113, and 117-113 for Poonswat.

Harold (Japan version) had it 114-114.

It looked like a pretty close fight just as the scores indicated.

 

First round Salgado was using the ring, Uchiyama stalking. Uchiyama ands a pretty big wild overhand right Salgado responds with a couple of nice body shots. Close round.

 

Second round nothing much going on until the last 30 seconds where Salgado comes in and Uchiyama hits him with a nice left hook that stuns Salgado for a moment and hen he connects with a couple of right hands, as they both trade in the final 10 seconds.

 

Third round Uchiyama continues to stalk and hit Salgado with his wild right hand. He can't miss with it.

 

Fourth round Caiz Sr. tells Salgado to quit hitting in the clinch, Uchiyama lands a nice right about 2 minutes into the round, and then Salgado lands a nice right and stops the attack.

 

Fifth round is more of the same Uchiyama is landing the more effective punches. In a very nice, entertaining fight.

 

Sixth round Uchiyama doing a great job of countering when Salgado comes in. They exchange in the middle of the ring, but again Uchiyama is getting the better of it.
