lol. who cares? if you really want to know the truth, PED abuse is impossible to stop even with the most aggressive testing regimes (more than what Mayweather was initially proposing). point is Floyd made demands above the Nevada commissions protocols and Manny did make a concession to him. it just wasnt acceptable enough for Floyd.

 

No 14-day offered during the mediation let alone before it.

 

Is that why Arum has come out and admitted that he was offered 14 days?

 

yeah but when was that offered? go back and read arums full statement maybe u missed important part of it.

Schaefer: Oscar, Al and I think we should convince Floyd to agree to the fight already.
Al: Yeah Oscar. They have now agreed to let Pacquiao take the test 24 days before the fight and minutes after the fight. It won't be long til the people realize the burden is really on our side to let this fight happen.
Schaefer: I don't think we can make anymore excuses about the HGH windowing.
Oscar: Well, you gotta talk to Floyd into it. But I won't guarantee that he'll say yes.
Al: Yep, I know that.
Oscar: You know how much that guy worships his undefeated record. He wants Mathew.
Schaefer: I'll call him now anyway.
(Phone rings. Floyd answers phone)
Floyd: Yo! This is the pretty boy speaking. No. 1 pound for pound boxing champion! Undefeated! Undisputed! The cash cow of boxing! Who's this?
Schaefer: Uh, hello Floyd. This is me, Schaefer.

Someone also posted a quote from Koncz (sp?) saying that Bob notified him about the 14 day offer during the arbitration. Also, Bob first said that Floyd and GBP didn't budge at all on their demands during the arbitration, which the arbitrator corrected when he released his statement. He said that both sides made numerous proposals. The bottom line is Bob's a ****ing liar.

 

Oh come on already. I take Pac over Floyd any day, in terms of their attitude, in terms of their fighting, but you can not be this ignorant. Floyd is the good one in this.

 

this is the middle, Manny wanted 30 days, got caught giving blood at 24. Mayweather wanted 1 day, so Mayweather met in the middle of their initial demands.

And no, 24 isn't as reasonable as 14. 24 is an extra 10 days to cycle.

 

How merciful was Pacman allowing his name to go second in the country of the guy he is facing. He should be nominated to saint hood.

And Floyd didn't have to accept the 10 million per pound fine because it isn't mandatory, *******.

 

Personally, I thought it would have been reasonable for Manny to say "get ****ed" to the whole thing in the first place. Floyd is basically saying the boxing commissions aren't good enough. I mean he is obviously right, but it's not his place to start redefining the rules of boxing.

 

But Floyd did have a history of not making the agreed weight. Don't you think?
