No Iceman mate, the blame is on the person who makes such demands! You are quite right, Clottey should not sign for the fight, just like Cotto should not have when he fought Manny. The thing is Manny is the big draw (which is why Cotto, the defending champion, agreed to his "Demand" and why Clottey will). Quite frankly Manny, a current world champion, is embarrassing himself with such demands, especially after the ped fiasco.

I don't understand Tagalog, but from the context, it sounded like they were saying Pacquaio weighed 144 pounds in his last fight, which was contested at a 145 pound catchweight. Can someone who speaks Tagalog confirm? Arum has already come out and said no catchweight, FWIW.
