Zaveck and Jackiewicz are you serious? I thought it was only the delusions of these two guys that they could fight Floyd but it seems not.

    It would be a disgrace.

At 140 - people will keep arguing he has not fought a good WW since coming to 147.

147 - Berto and Mosley are the only one qualified left but that will not be possible until May June. He still needs to fight around March 13 according to agreements.

154 - P Williams and Martinez. But I doubt he will take it.

Foreman just came off a dominating win over daniel santos, foreman is a very tricky fighter, floyd won't fight martinez, floyd won't fight williams.Floyd should fight a welterweight tho, because mosley is fighting berto and pacquiao is fighting clottey,so floyd should face collazo, quintana, even timothy bradley, cintron or cotto. If floyd fights malignaggi or mathew hatton you gotta lose respect for him, pacquiao is showing how much ballz and heart he got by facing one of the most dangerous welterweights in clottey.

floyd could pull a 1-up over pac if he decides to fight foreman at 154 who pac had some hesitation to fight because of size issue. but yuri is from toprank so i doubt it. the best choice for floyd is to fight williams or he could just wait for the winner of shane-berto.

then he drop all this hanky-panky and decides to fight the "easy one" in pac later this year.

I think jackiewiz would be a decent tune up match (frmr euro champ) and zaveck looks to be pretty good. Dont sleep on him, hes got a punch. Thats for sure.

i really dont know ....he wont be able to make 140lbs ...and i doubt he will go to 154

there are alot of circumstances were id say ''yeah ok i dont mind seeing this fight as long as shane or pac our next''

maybe fighting bradley or maidana at a catchweight....fight collazo or williams at 147...or cintron or quintana...so basically id accept

    Bradley - catchweight 144/145
    Maidana - catchweight 144/145
    Cintron - welterweight
    Collazo - welterweight
    Spinks - 150lbs

I've seen Zaveck-Jackiewicz, thought Zaveck won.

I've seen a couple of Jackiewicz fights, he's good to watch, pretty exciting has some skills. Good fighter but should not even think about Floyd and he actually believes he'll get the fight.

I agree, they could be a tune up but come on first they'd need to have some fights on HBO, nobody knows who they are. The fans would never forgive Floyd for such a fight (although both are better than Matt Hatton :yep).

    If Mosely beats Berto, Mosely.

Just cause he doesn't fight Pac shouldn't mean he goes down a few levels. Now that Pac is off, and Mosely is fighting Berto in a couple of weeks, if he wins - it's just the most sensible fight out there.

And with GBP working for Floyd at the moment, I don't see it being too hard to make.

Why talk aboout it? Mayweather will not fight Sugar Mosley. Avoided the likes of him for years and will continue to do so. Add Williams to that- not going to happen.

Mayweather vs. Fedor under Pride rules would be acceptable for me, as Fedor then could stomp on this little ***** until he gets bored and then choke him out making faces and playing with him Stooges style.

Pacquiao/Clottey mightn't be a great match up, but it will likely do better than any of the potential Mayweather fights proposed by Schaefer. Bradley is the best choice from the list, but once again it's Floyd vs. someone who isn't a welterweight.

If Williams was still hanging around at 147, him vs. Floyd would be a fight I would choose over Pacquiao/Clottey.

    Won't happen though.
