Pacquaio and PBF have degenerated the Welterweight division into a farce.

It's incredible in that arguably the top rated fighters in the division:

    a. one of them doesnt actually fight Welterweights
    b. the other fights Weltwerweights but not at the Welterweight limit

They both have had the chance to remedy this by fighting eachother, instead we have Pac fighting another Weltweight but not at 147 :patsch and we have PBF who's going to be fighting one of the 140lb'ers moving up.

They both should be ashamed of themselves.

I will literally **** myself laughing if they both lose their next fights.

neither shouldve been ranked there in the first place...

    manny beat cotto at 145..catchweights=bull****

and floyd hasnt fought a legit ww since baldo..hatton was cool since he held a belt at 147..so i give him a pass on that..but i think they just rereanked him there after jmm because he was the last linear champ

And i am pissing myself laughing at the fact you dont know pacmans next fight is at 147.

btw cotto losing 1 pound from 146 to make 145 while pacman going from 139 to 145 was fair.:D

2 fights at 147 (counting Clotetty), one catchweight at 145.

You have a good point if it's at 144 but looks like it won't be.

Hardly fair to fight a champion for his title at a weight that suited the challenger best.

    **** Pac.

Pacquiao/Clottey is happening at 147, it was just a mix up from Pac's advisor.

As far as Mayweather Jr goes, well I can't defend that.

whoa whoa whoa.... Cotto said he had no problem making 145, and never had one complaint about it.
He said after the fight he couldn't see where the punches were coming from, that has nothing to do with his weight.
    Stop shifting the blame.
Was oscar weight drained? obviously. Was cotto? probably not... he would have said something if he felt it.

Cotto looked good against Pacquiao, but Pac just took his best and beat him up, give credit were it's due.
BTW weird if he fights Clottey, it's a tought fight if Clottey isn't forced to drain himself, but what's it gonna do for his legacy?
