I should do some strength work again, the guy I fought yesterday was strong as an ox and I haven't done manual labour in quite a while. Kettlebells sound nice, perhaps I should get me one.

The kb is a bit pricey.

I highly recommend the book "convict conditioning"

My frontrunner for book of the year.

    That's pretty cool and convenient.

I had to pay 130 dollars for my 70lb black beast.

Don't hate guys, my training has produced results.....

3-0 (3) amateur MMA record (while back), and a 15-1 (13) amateur boxing record, one loss was a robbery decision.

So no one who does sprints or lifts weights has ever produced similar or better results? Your the one claiming sprints and weights are bull**** and waste of time, no one is claiming your routine sucks or that it doesnt work.

convict conditioning seems extremely interesting. If the dragondoor hype matches the book, it could easily be one of the best bodyweight books ever written.
