Dude what you NEVER believed or suspected something that you didn't know for sure? The words "believed" and "suspected" wouldn't exist in the world you are dreaming of :deal I never did suspect him of it, but now that he and his team have refused these tests with a number of excuses I definitely have my suspicions. Mind you nobody had any evidence against McGuire or Barry Bonds either, Now are you calling the Baseball Hall of Fame "a bunch of women gossiping about a rumor" because they didn't vote Mark McGuire, one of the greatest home run hitters of all time, into the Hall of Fame for "suspicions" of steroid use. He has just recently admitted to such abuse.

Suprised he looks better when he doesn't have to cut as much weight before a fight.

I do not understand the logic of you anti-pacquiao conspiracy theorists.

They didn't refuse the tests, they agreed to them on their terms.

What is he going to do.... dope his blood for a fight and then fail a test immediately afterward?

    Are you guys not thinking?

Using your reasoning, MAB in 2004 was a 10 times better fighter than Cotto in 2009, so its normal that Pac beat the living **** out of Cotto since he did the same thing to MAB

Pac was always a big guy fighting smaller guys in his days at 126 and 135. He cut a lot of weight and came in significantly heavier. His natural weighclass was a class or two above where he was fighting.

That means that 1) I don't really believe he is on anything 2) people need to stop referring to him as a little guy beating up big guys when he was really just a bigger guy beating up littler guys for a long time.

I have absolutely NO problem with you thinking that, that is the "more likely" reason, but that does not mean that it's true. For some reason Pacman fans get offended and **** just because there are suspicions out there, suspicions that could have been killed but weren't for some odd reason by the man himself.

because Pac thought Floyd was using the drugs tests to disrupt his performance and tarnish his image.

Btw, I don't think Pac was super drained in the Barrera and Marquez fights. Maybe a little bit. Mostly I think that he didn't really take the Barrera rematch seriously and that Marquez was just that good in the rematch.

Ok I understand the problem now. You just don't fully understand what he is being accused of. I'm not trying to be condescending or talk down to you here. There are performance enhancing drugs and banned substances that you can take during training camp that help your muscles recover and rebuild themselves better which allows you to train harder and more frequently and just gives you more energy in general during camp. This has HUGE positive effects on your performance in the fight because your body is better conditioned and have greater muscle memory. Now, these substances can be out of your body within days and there are masking agents, and also you don't take them consistently. You can take them in cycles so if you know when the test is, you cycle around it. We are not talking about just "normal steroids" you hear about in school here.
Blood tests are better for detecting these things and doing it RANDOMLY is essential.

and during training, not close/during fight night. because steroids aid in developing muscles during training.

I'll entertain the idea of Manny being on steroids the second someone produces 1 shred of evidence. Until then, keep your conspiracy theories in your own head.

These are Pac's weight on fight night:

    11/18/2006 144 lbs vs Morales
    03/15/2008 145 lbs vs Marquez
    06/28/2008 147 lbs vs Diaz
12/06/2008 148.5 lbs vs De la hoya
    05/02/2009 148 lbs vs Hatton
    11/14/2009 149 lbs vs Cotto

He gained 5 pounds in 3 years. He'd probably weigh 150 vs 170 lb Clottey.
