I see where you are coming from, I have definitely gotten carried away and everyone else is as well. Experts we are not. But I do know that there are substances that help you during training that cannot be detected by urine, can only be detected by blood and only stay in your system for a very short period of time. HGH is one of them. Look it up on Wikipedia quickly and do more research for more info.
Almost every MMA fighter takes it, because they cannot get caught. Why would they take it if it wasn't effective. One thing it does: When you work out, you are essentially destroying your muscle...it has to rebuild. Anything that helps it rebuild faster so that it is ready to be "destroyed" again during your next workout will help you out in training....because the more you go through that process the stronger your muscles will be.
Quote from Wikipedia [ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Growth_hormone[/ame] Some recent studies have not been able to support claims that human growth hormone can improve the athletic performance of professional male athletes. Source is here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1724606/?tool=pmcentrez Read the first paragraph on the PDF file. HGH steroids are not beneficial to athletes after all.
Dude it isn't necessarily to grow your body idiot It helps to re-build your muscle after training :deal Now this is getting kind of ridiculous that you guys don't even understand the basic facts of this entire argument.
I'm as educated as the rest of you guys on this topic. None of us gave a **** til the accusations came up, which ruins everyone's credibility. They were so desperate to incriminate pacquiao they started talking about being scared of needles and didn't even listen to what he said. This is a witch hunt. End of story.
I'm not gonna debate with you whether it is beneficial to athletes, it is! Don't be too blind. Below is another excerpt from that article. At least be reasonable when you argue. That's fine, but you need evidence to support claims. Naming a guy pacroid and damaging his career and credibility are malicious acts by small minded people.
Yeah of course but I honestly do look at him a bit differently now after refusing those tests dude. And I don't blame Mayweather for asking for the tests.
Wasnt you guys talking about how PAC grew from small to big in a short period of time atsch Oh yeah tell me pac was full of fat before now hes full of muscle. LOL *****s are really trying hard here
