The Hatred Between Ali and Frazier (Video)

There is another youtube clip from "This Is Your Life" and the host says: "We have an unexpected guest" and Joe Frazier comes out. Ali looks genuinely surprised but pleased to see Frazier nevertheless. I believe this was from around Christmastime of 1978. The clip that you posted here is really powerful stuff. Ali and Frazier were said to have finally made their peace for all time in 2002. I believe they met and embraced for about five straight minutes according to the person reporting and everyone left the room to leave them alone together. It was very emotional for both needless to say. Frazier has a big heart according to his family and friends and is the type of person who would give a stranger the shirt off his back. Great fighter and an even greater man IMO.

 

and some guy's didnt like that in my thread i suggested that frazier should been less of a gentlemen and taken ali's head when he was talkin his stuff....

ali is lucky in a way he fought in that era, not in the last 20 years or so when guys like tyson,bowe and others would have found a way to shut him in a press conference or face to face intervew

Yes,Mr.Nefarious. Treacherous to whom or what,exactly ? Okay I'm an Ali fan,but I do n't expect everyone to agree with me. It would be a very boring world if we all agreed about everything ! If you've got a down on Ali,though,then criticise him for what he's said,done,winning a dodgy decision or anything like that. It's very sick though,to mock a person's illness,which is what appears to be occuring here.
