:happy:happy100% correct. Pac will have to PROVE that what he claims to be UNTRUE, actually is NOT TRUE. That would require those DAMN BLOOD TESTS:lol:

    Just REMEMBER.
    PAC REFUSED THE TEST.
This cost him 30 million and was not a big deal.
It was a very reasonable request which any other fighter would accept.
Mayweather agreed to all of Pacs other demands in return for this single issue --- Olympic style drug testing (comprimised version).
The only reasonable explantion for turning this request down is the obvious ---- Pac's been JUICIN.
And what amazes me is that there are so many ****in idiots out there that dont see this.

your rebuttal only proves you clearly know nothing how lawsuits work. US Constitution protects accuser from self-incrimination. Next time, do some homework first before you express your idiotic opinion online.

I changed my mind, I refuse to banter with someone who refers to themselves as "thehawtness". Maybe if you add MONSTER to the end of it, I'll reconsider...:good

Okay, you're smarter than I am. But let me take a stab at it. You don't mean the 5th amendment to the US Constitution, which is actually part of the "Bill of Rights" do you. BTW, 1st degree = Business major w/ World Gov'ts minor. I was trying to be cordial moron, but you had to get ignorant. Don't tell me, it's genetic:verysad

The point of the lawsuit is for the mayweathers to shutup! plain and simple.

I doubt pacman is going for the money either, it just to teach them a lesson. The question though is : "are they smart enough to learn from it?." hmmmm who knows.

It gets kinda tricky. In order to prove he was defamed, he has to disprove the allegation. If they think what they say is accurate or have reason to believe it so, then they can say whatever the hell they want. He could take a blood test tomorrow and come up clean, but still lose his case because of a unspecified time frame. Then we also have that pesky "free speech" thing Americans are so fond of. :bbb:good

WEll, I'd let them put a needle the size of a bus in me for 30 million, but I'm not Pac.

Pac didn't refuse the test at all. Mayweather demanded one testing regime.
    Pac proposed a separate one.

    Neither would budge.

That's not refusing a test, that's a refusal to negotiate by both parties. Pretty ****ing different than refusing a test.

If it's a "perfectly reasonable" request, please document me all the other times that request has been made in other fights.
