a ******* thinks floyd will get knocked out.
A boxing fan generally thinks floyd will outbox pacquiao, but like the little guys chances of an upset.

Everyone in the world wants to see this, especially a *******.

Other than the asinine paragraph I highlighted I agree with you logic. Floyd has not faced the stiffest competition out there and many of his fans will come up with a bounty of excuses and reasoning behind his decision. I'm sure floyds fans will mention his winnings, scheduling, and the all time best "what has he done to deserve a fight with floyd" :-(.

On the other hand you cannot actually consider yourself unbiased and logical if you seriously think floyd is to blame for the Pac fight fiasco. Floyd has every right in the world to request stipulations same as pac did with the 10 million weight penalty and smaller glove size. Pac has all the right, although I question the logic or reasoning behind it, to not agree to a stipulation. But to imply that floyd used Pac's instance on not taking RANDOM blood test as a way to duck Pac is ridiculous. That would mean that Floyd knew something about Pac that no one else does which assured him Pac wouldn't agree to the testing. And if that is true than his request is not so unfounded as he had imformation to suggest otherwise. Second floyd didn't need accusations to duck any of the other top WW why would he need them now? He could have made him self financially unavailable not agreeing to a 50/50 split, he could have never approached, Top Rank about the fight, and he could have scheduled himself out of the fight. It makes no sense and he benefits in no way by choosing this route. What would he have done if Pac did what Holyfield did and just took the test? Not the most efficient "ducking" plan.

then how do you explain the philippines has the best performance enhancing drugs comments?

I don't buy the rampant PED use in boxing excuse, even if it is true, he has never demanded it before.

His uncle and dad ruined the drug testing by throwing out steroid abuse.

To the casual observer it looks like Floyd Mayweather Jr. thinks Pacquiao is on steroids, and very dangerous because of it.

That makes people say "he is scared of pacquiao" because "he thinks he's doping with no evidence"

If he wasn't scared, or concerned, drug tests would have never came up.

Exactly. That is why the olympics only have random blood testing and if someone appears to be over performing like Usain Bolt they get tested more regularly.

Pac could have proved all the doubters wrong by agreeing to random testing. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt when he said he wasn't willing to be tested the day before the fight. But rejecting a 14 day cut off? Come on! Over $40 million most people would let them take blood in between rounds!

This would come from a newb... Wrong all over the place.

He fought the best... The lineal champion! After that he fought the previous champion, Zab Judah. He then moved up to fight ODLH and RETIRED. His first fight was a tune up.

There are no accusations. Mayweather's father spoke of his personal feelings. What the hell does that have to do with Mayweather Junior? All FMJ asked for was a test. Asking for a test is not accusing you of anything. The test will say what you are or are not on. Now if you run from the test what does that say?

You just don't like his personality. Quit trying to turn your personal hate into a boxing discussion. It isn't. It is all personal.
