Please produce evidence of this request. Show us or tell us where to find this. This is very strange behavior by Manny. His normal response is to file a LAWSUIT...

The Examiner? And this line?
"So, in Arum’s admittedly jaundiced view, the leaking by Golden Boy that it finally asked for only a 14 day before preflight test is a convenient canard."

Considering Teddy never saw the email, he doesn't have to produce ****. Tim Smith might have seen said email, if it was forwarded to him that is a different story.

LMAO! Now he calls for the email? Just add them to the lawsuit. No time for games anymore. You took it to the next level. Keep it there.

He probably checked around camp first, checked all the server logs, now he comes out with this!?!?

If you guys can't see the writing on the wall...

Evidence here: http://www.examiner.com/x-5699-NY-Boxing-Examiner~y2009m12d23-Arum-reveals-We-offered-10-million-penalty-if-Pacquiao-is-dirty

So is this guy making it all up? The quote definitely sounds like Arum with that damned Neville Chamberlain analogy over and over again. So what say ye *******s?

I know right? That would be a whole lot of imagining, but this is boxing writing. I cannot see how anyone doesn't see through Arum's trash! :verysad

So let's say it is true... Here Arum is harping on testing right before weigh in and everyone knows that a 14 day testing cutoff was provided. He also goes on to speak about all the doctors coming out on the side of urine only and proceeds to provide the names of... none of them!

This crap is laughable. :yep

9. I think i read about this last Christmas. Christmas is our lord and saviour Jesus Christ's birthday. Anyways, i think someone distorted the wording. If i remember correctly, the email supposedly asked what would happen IF EITHER FIGHTER tested positive. Those sound like the words of a lawyer to me and they dont really incriminate anyone... Although it is suspicious.

Not at all - I don't think Smith's particularly well respected as a journalist. He write opinion pieces and, simply, is incredibly pro-Mayweather. Journalists often put out rumours and conjecture. I can understand why Smith wouldn't want to revel his source, but if Team Pacquaio had genuinely sent an email to GBP, it would be out in public domain.

There is just no way on earth anyone does that. None.

Why would you ask this question if both fighters are clean? If anything it would make you REALLY want testing.

That is like jumping in the sack with a person and then they say, "Well if one of us ends up with an STD we won't be mad at each other right?" You would jump the hell up and demand testing!

* Edited for clarity

Because of the case, I think that they wouldn't put the email out. It would be key to their defense and since Team Pac would already have it they could just sit on it until they needed it.

14. Thats exactly the effect it had on Floyd. He wouldnt budge on the testing after this email was sent prolly.

Well, Slick - I AM a journalist and am fully aware of the shady practices that go on. Breaking a story, for some guys, is worth more than good reporting. It gets them a boost in readership and, let's be honest, no one tends to read the retraction weeks later.

By law, if Team Pac's lawyers have seen an incriminating email, they would not be allowed to push for litigation.

Secondly, it makes no sense to allow the case to come to trial when, in one swift move, Team Mayweather and GBP could produce the le-mail, squash the entire case, show Pac to be the bad guy and give Mayweather an out for a fight it's pretty clear he doesn't want.

Thirdly, the reason the email isn't being presented is this: there's no way of verifying it as authentic and it would damage any argument against the litigation.
