In 55 fights has Manny Pacquiao ever asked anyone to pay 10 million per Lb over?

No he never had to. He saw the **** Floyd pulled with Marquez and wanted none of it in his fight.

 Are you asking because you have no clue, or because you think you've made a point?

Pacquiao's reasoning is as week as mayweather's for reasoning that Pacquiao uses PEDs. Mayweather couldn't make 144 that is 3 Lbs less than 147. Mayweather has weighed 147 or more in only 3 of his 40 bouts. The one in which he weighed more was a bout with a 154 Lbs limit. Pacquiao's reasoning is week at best.

I also think Mayweather's reasoning for thinking that Pacquiao is benfiting from PED's is also week at best. Don't be fooled by Pacquiao being a flyweight in his career he was 16 he is now 31. People tend to get bigger in that 15 year span. He is the same size as a normal welterweight in terms of highth and reach. He is an elite boxer his recents have either been non elite boxers like David Daiz and Miguel Cotto or once elite boxers who had seen better days like Oscar De La Hoya and Ricky Hatton. In other words his wins come from him being the better boxer not from PED's

The diffrence is that while every Pacquiao fan and or Mayweather hatter points out that Mayweather has never asked that their be stricter PED testing for both boxers. (a point that somehow seems to get missed.) No one brings up the fact that baised on evdence that is just as week Pacquiao has never placed a $10000000.00 pentley for every Lb over in any of his past bouts before.

There is one difrence. Mayweather agreed to Pacquiaos terms. Pacquiao refused to even make a reasonable counter offer. Mayweather was willing to make comprimises from his origanal position. Both in terms of the testing angancy and when the random testing would stop. Mayweather was willing to agree to a posible fine in the unlikly event that he would weigh more than 147. Pacquiao at best gave a 24 day cut off for random testing. Being that mayweather wanted random testing to happen right up to the fight and made offers of 14 and 20 days before and Pacquiao wanted as much as 30 days going down to 24 days. It dose not take a rocket scientist to figure who wanted the fight more.

Floyd showed in his last fight he had no intention of making the agreed upon weight limit. Had there been none of the bull****, Pac would very likely have never asked.

The rest of your post is pretty much useless, no offense.

Mate, as soon as Cotto got beat by Pac the PED talk was already in motion, before talk of the fight. Floyd wants no part of Pac and I think Pac wants no part of Floyd. Seems unreal with the amount of cash involved but these guys are already minted to ****ery.

    They are both idiots.
