lol at the personal attack! Read your own comments you uneducated nothing. LOL

Are you educated? Prove me wrong. Otherwise, it is not a personal attack if I am speaking the truth. Your style of writing indicates that you are barely a HS graduate, if that.

I am attacking floyd and you are defending him.

Manny could be Juan Lazcano for all I give a ****. Neither one of them tested positive for steroids or been linked to it.

If Floyd started accusing random boxers of their hometowns having the best PEDs and trying to make them take olympic style drug tests I would call him a *****. Like I do now.

If the position was reversed, would you be attacking Pacquiao and defending Mayweather?

I wouldn't be. My point would remain the same, and I would be blasting Mayweather the same as I am blasting Pacquiao. I would say he killed the negotiations, looks suspicious for not taking the tests, and all the reasons he gave were BS.

You on the other hand never answered the question, and instead deflected to: "Would Manny ask Mayweather to take random blood tests?"

When you get your GED or HS Diploma, and stop hugging/hating on certain fighters, maybe you can learn to have an objective discussion.

Of course I would. I am no big fan of manny pacquiao, but he damn sure never indicated he was a cheater, or needed to be treated like one.

No, Manny does not deserve to be treated like a cheater. Neither did Lance Armstrong. However they handled it quite differently.

Your stance is that Floyd Mayweather Jr. just got some epiphany that steroid testing for his 40 previous fights was not up to snuff, so in this mega fight he thought "what a good idea to have olympic style drug testing while my camp is accusing my opponent of taking steroids! brilliant idea!"

Is that it? That he somehow wanted to circumvent the NSAC and go to the USADA because he all the sudden felt the NSAC was no longer capable of doing their job?

I want to know exactly what you are trying to defend.

There any sources Floyd really is fighting Campbell? To many names being thrown around not even Mayweather knows who he wants to fight. First Malignaggi, then Cintron, and now Campbell? This is getting old. Cintron at least was a decent choice. At least maybe Floyd could of won some fans back that way. I knew even that fight was too good to be true.

Are you formally educated? As I said, your style of writing and your consistent name calling would indicate otherwise.

No, I'm saying the reasons for asking for the random blood tests is really irrelevant.

Manny Pacquiao coming up with a list of bull**** reasons to avoid the tests and the fight with Mayweather on the other hand, is relevant.

As I said, if the positions were reversed, I would be lambasting Mayweather for refusing to take the tests and walking away from negotiations.

If you wouldn't be, then as I said to the other poster, we have a fundamental difference of opinion based on our personal beliefs in relation to morals/ethics.

it's not irrelevant, it's completely relevant.

There is a law suit pending over it.
It's defamation of character and false accusations.
If you willingly make a remark you know isn't absolutely true, then it's slander.

As evidence by "I know he got something in his system anyway, we gonna find out what it is when the real doctors take the test" - roger mayweather (uncle and head trainer of floyd mayweather jr.)

Do we really need to go there again? I believe I already took you to school about why that lawsuit is going nowhere.

You have to prove that the defendants KNEW WITHOUT A DOUBT that they were making untrue statements. Also, you have to prove the statements were made with "actual malice." In other words, you have to prove that these guys sat down and thought: "I want to destroy Manny Pacquiao's reputation and I am going to use false statements to do it." Good luck proving that in court.

It is very hard to prove a slander/defamation case when you're dealing with a public figure. Pacquiao has no case, it will be thrown out, and I doubt you will hear much about it ever again.

The fact you think he has a case reveals a little about your bias. The guy really has no shot at winning that case and anybody who has done some research regarding slander/defamation will tell you the same thing.

You can claim his camp is making the accusations, his trainers are, or his family are. But you have to admit the accusations are being made the USADA request just compounds on top of them to make people suspicious of Manny. Manny rejecting the manner of USADA just added fuel to an unnecessary fire.

    Okay Laywer ESB forum poster.

Why don't you go practice law, if you're so experienced on the subject?
