if he fights in March/April its been between 20 and 22 months since he last fought under 147.

I'd like to see the fight go down. I think it'd be outstanding. I just don't believe any Kelly Pavlik related news anymore.

 

Paul Williams can comfortably make 147. Those words came from Paul and George Peterson.

Martinez is a more dangerous opponent for Pavlik than Williams (who like against Hands of Plaster, eked out a BS decision). I think if Pavlik took the Martinez fight, it would say volumes about how Kelly and company are on a mission to right the mistakes of the last 12 months.

 

Pavlik is a tough fighter but would lose to any top 10 fighters with a solid defense and good chin.

 

This should be a very fun fight to say the least.

You Pavlik guys are horrible with all this what happened when crap. Bottom line is Williams was ready to fight TWICE and Pavlik wasnt there. **** Pavlik is what Williams is thinking at this point. Sad thing is Pavlik fans should be wanting a fight with middleweights and super middleweight instead of a blown up welterweight. :yep What about Bute, Dawson???

When Pavlik fights someone then start with this crap, but the guy keeps fighting bums and calling out a welterweight, its sad.
