Floyd fought gatti after he came off 3 wars with mickey ward and that was the first time he was in the main event on a hbo ppv,and then floyd went on to fight kostya tszyu's leftovers in sharmba mitchell and zab judah.

How does the fact that others duck invalidate the fact that Floyd ducks??

Any serious boxing fan knows Floyd's resume is weak, no matter which way you look at it. His record at 140 and above is pathetic, considering the men he could have fought.

Stop being a dummy and look at the facts. Everyone who could have fought Floyd DIDNT. Name me one fighter that really went after contract negotiations. DONT name anyone he publicly called out and refused him due to BS excuses. I will give you Antonio but with loaded gloves, he kind of becomes "suspect" to the convo. Cotto never mentioned his name. Pac said its up to my trainers. Freddy did all the talking and Arum and Manny did all the walking.

Calzaghe fought Eubank after a similar amount of fights.

Calzaghe was world title-less. He was down to fight Collins. He was actually a very big betting favourite against Eubank.

To be fair Calzaghe didn't have a lot to defend his title against, not a Corrales. He should have made that move to light-heavy directly after the Reid or Woodhall fights, not in '08.
