Cotto's career at WW has been more impressive than Mosley's.

Therefore, when Pacquaio dominated and destoyed Cotto, he beat argubaley the best WW in the world, certainly a guy who deserved to be ranked #1 in the division, based on his body of work at the weight.

And 145lbs is a WW fight.

 

How can you call it "looking past"? They guy has the chance to sign for his biggest payday? I would "look past" for sure.
