So by your logic, when Pac faces and loses to PBF your entire nation will be wiped off the boxing map

Mexico has it's droughts from time to time, but there are plenty of prospects coming up to fly the flag for one of the countries that has given boxing some of the best fighters.

I highly doubt Mexico or Puerto Rico will ever have a problem producing boxing talent. Highly.

Chavez is perhaps the greatest pressure fighter ever. One thing for sure is that the only Elite fighters right now are Floyd, Marquez, and Pac.

History was rarely given a country two elite fighters in the same era. The last time was Barrera, Morales. Elite fighters are not a dime a dozen...so when I see long list of supposed elite fighters it only makes me laugh.

This thread only demonstrates that a lot of people have a weak grasp of boxing history.

More will come, I have no doubts about it. Kind of sad to see Ortiz end up the way he did but it's not the end for him, he has enough time to change people's thoughts and come back strong if he has the heart and mentality for it.
