this goes to show that floyd is setting a good example for the sport we all love so much. Props to floyd:happy, I hope the boxing commissions start changing their systems and more on to olympic style testing for a cleaner and better sport:good

Obviously testing randomly of both blood and urine to everyone that has a license is'nt feasible........but it sure is feasible to test fighters who are highly rated.
.....say top 20-25 in every division.

I'd actually settle for top 10-15 in every division.

Void is extremely afraid of Pac and always will be. I posted that Void would never fight Pac and it has been proven now. Void, Sr. said he did not want Void, Jr. to fight Pac, thus right after Pac stopped Cotto. Void is a proven coward. Void never demanded this crap of any other opponent other than Pac. Void is a chicken!

I dont bellieve anyone is stating that Mayweather is doing this for the good of the sport.......but if the results of his actions force boxing to change the joke of a system they have now for testing fighters, then history will remember that it was Mayweather's insistance on better testing vs Pacquiao which instigated the movement to test by more ligitimate methods.

I imagine there would. GBP has alot to gain by instituting the tests. Doubt Mosley has noting to fear as he showed how shitty he got while on steroids in the first place.

of course he would.. thats the only logic option left after he ducked pacquiao LoL.. Regardless, this blood testing all started with pacquiao.. I'm sure if it was a JMM vs PBF 2 , he wouldnt be running this show about changing the sport with blood testing.. What a ***** lol

*******s are reduced to making hypothetical situations to insult Mayweather now that he is fighting the number 1 welterweight on the planet after the haters said he would never fight him.

Any other boxing website would throw you in the trashcan so you have to come here where the owners will let you post the same rehashed lame joke day in and day out for the last 5 years.

I've read up on olympic blood testing and the main issue with it is first of all that they can keep the blood for testing down the road since the athletes compete over many years and secondly HGH which is only detectable in blood tests but which anyways is used prior to the competitions during the off season. Thats why they didn't catch anyone at the olympics even though the HGH leaves tracers in your blood that can last several weeks.

HGH basically results in muscle and organ growth and if Pac wanted to use it to enhance his performance against Floyd he would have had to start taking it before his training even started.

So for the Pac vs PBF fight, the 30 day cut-off date for random blood tests along with random urine tests up until the fight was more than sufficient.

but people have already made up their minds, haters will hate no matter what the facts are.

Thats not true 8 athletes failed drug tests during the last Olympics.

    http://sportsanddrugs.procon.org/viewanswers.asp?questionID=001298

Their are other performance enhancers besides HGH that could be used by boxers. Why do you think Roach previously said 5 days was ok then suddenly jumped to 30?
