Floyd by a clear cut split decision. Mosley will appear like he's doing more than he is and sway some judges. Ultimately though, Shane will be outboxed and will have a hard time finding Mayweather.

 

I think Mosley will give Mayweather fits for the first couple of rounds. Then he'll slowly run out of gas and Mayweather will dominate.

You make some good points actually. But, I don't think Winky "applies a lot of pressure", that's kind of suggesting he's a pressure fighter - when in fact he's probably somewhere close to the opposite of that. Winky moves out of range just as often as he moves into range. So Winky goes back and forth, while Mayweather goes side to side - they are doing the exact same thing in a slightly different way.

Both Winky and Floyd have different forms of defense, but how you avoid punches isn't important - the simple fact that you do avoid them is. Size and strength have very little bearing on Winky Wright's success. He is not a prrssure fighter, he isn't particularly aggressive, he doesn't bully and overwhelm smaller guys - remind you of anyone?

The south paw thing is totally valid though. But the obvious point is that; both Winky and Floyd are arkward, measured, refined, highly defensive minded fighters. Mosley couldn't get Winky to lose his cool, stand and trade, get into a fast-paced war, and there is NO WAY he is going to be able to make FMJ do that either.

Stylistically, Floyd and Winky are different, but they also do have a LOT in common.
