Was it a calculted move by Floyd Maywather to fight a rusty Shane Mosley?

    yes, he refused to fight mosley in his prime because mosley would have killed mayweather

    he picked mosley when his career is almost over

    No way. Everybody has been accusing the guy of ducking SSM for years, and now they can't criticize him for doing it.

    Yes, Floyd purposely caused Pavlik to get a staph infection which bumped Shane from his December date, then he cause a massive earthquake which bumped Shane from his January date.

    Mosley will bring his A-Game for Floyd trust me on that. I'm excited because this is the fight I really wanted to see as I think both of these guys can beat Manny Pacquiao.

    Floyd basically has no one left to secure a hard victory after ending negotiations with Team Pac... So you can't say he planned it. But he refused to fight Shane when he opted for Hatton late 2007 and retiring afterwards... Even after the comeback, he started where he left off " Shane Mosley is a great fighter but I want to be a promoter" ( post-fight interview Hatton) "I respect Shane Mosley and I wish the best for his career but..." (post-fight interview JMM). With Cotto busted up by Pac and Margo busted up by Shane, the only option is Mosley.
