Actually he did very well against a young strong Zab Judah which is why i think he could hang with a guy like ricky... like i said i think ricky was good.. but if you think he was anything but a B level fighter than your just a fool. Ward is a C+ fighter granted and would need to fight the fight of his life but i just like him in this match up

Agreed. Would have loved to see this fight - Mickey vs Ricky. Ward was no slick boxer but he had far better fundamentals in his prime than Ricky......I like Ward in this one.

the thing is, I have seen a few of Hattons fights at 140 and it seems that he just tries to out muscle people... and no way will he do that to Ward

Probably rate Hatton a little higher than you, but the point here is correct.

Basically was Hatton over or underrated at genuine top class level? whatever Ward - and even Gatti - were they were not top, top world class fighters. Wonderfully entertaining, very, very good as well. but this isn't even an argument.

    Hatton by big KO.

    Hatton UD.

All i have to say is Ward was a tough ******* but he was a level below Hatton.

Just watch the Hatton v Tackie fight thats how Hatton would fight him.

Hatton would destroy Ward and probably break his ribs. Hatton was never elite, but he was damn good at what he did and had far more physical gifts (speed and power, notably) than Ward. Hatton has become ridiculously underrated...sad what a few KO losses will do to a legacy.
