I wouldn't agree with you, but it's a fair argument. There are three stand-outs, and an argument can be made for any of them.

As much as I'd love Pac, there's no way I'm putting him as the best all around fighter since Leonard. He's undoubtedly the best boxer maybe this past half decade, but I can't put him above JCC. He's grown immensely coming from where he was when he first landed stateside and his growth has been remarkable, but he's going to have to show me that he can beat Floyd in order to surpass JCC. For Pac to undboutedly be the best since Leonard, he'd have to beat Clottey, Shane, and Floyd.

Based off resume alone, I can't put Floyd above Pac if we're talking about the best fighter. Pac's resume is far and away more impressive than Floyd's, although I will no doubt have to give the talent edge to Floyd.

Have Floyd fight Shane. Fight Paul. Fight Pac. Fight Cotto. Margo. Have him fight those five guys right there and win the majority of those fights and you'll have absolutely no doubts as to where Floyd's place will be in this same argument several years from now.

    :huh

Please enlighten us as to who these 2 fighters are ?

IMO, the 2 best fighters MP has ever fought are Morales & Barrera (tho not at the time he actually fought them) but neither are better than FM & Im probably Morales biggest fan on these entire forums.

    Again... please enlighten us ?

MP wont take this fight, he knows the deal, he knows he wont win, so does his dickhead team, they will use the happenings of the collapsed march 13th fight as their springboard to avoid a fight with FM.

I pray Im wrong but I doubt it.... MP backed out once, he`ll back out again.

I'm assuming he meant not "better than Mayweather", but 2 fighters on his resume better than Mayweather's resume. Dunno?

You sound like a goddamn fool!

Floyd would have to beat Pac, Mosely, PW, AND the best at 154 just to be CLOSE to Pac?!?!?!

they both missed out on the fight. You can't lay the blame on Manny Pac. At one point he accepted the tests with the caveat of a 24 day cut-off date and the ball was no longer in Pac's court. Floyd could have accepted that offer or refused it, Pac had no weight in that decision.

So you can't say Pac made sure the fight didn't happen, that point of view simply doesn't hold water.

They were both trying to play playground bullies and, in my eyes, both came out looking like 'king cnuts.

for the first time (I know some of the PBF haters will say otherwise, even though he was wildly undersized against ODLH and fought him on Golden Boy's own terms), they both look like duckers to me. I don't think that they are, but I do think they all acted shamefully.

On a seperate point, Pac vs Floyd is a fantasy fight that has turned into a potential reality because of Pac's greatness. Its one of those fights that years down the road when you look at these fighters and their career paths you'll say "how the **** did Pacquiao ever end up in the ring with Mayweather?"

The same guy who hit the scene when he moved up in weight to beat Barrera at featherweight has to beat Floyd at WW to prove that he's a greater fighter? Think about it.

Even if Pac loses to Mayweather, that doesn't make Mayweather greater. Pacquiao is not a WW and never will be, even though he is good enough to beat most of em.

To top it off, styles make fights. The winner of the fight is not always the greater fighter. Hearns ktfo Duran, but noone claims that Hearns was a greater fighter than Duran.

He's up there with RJJ and Tyson, if you're trying to determine 'best since SRL' title.
