Pacquiao is clearly the best fighter of this generation

pac cracks my top 50 as does floyd...but by no means is he top 25...u can make an argument for top 40 but beyond the top 40 only his fans will say he ranks higher than top 40

I doubt there is a single BWAA member who will rank Pac below top40.

 

Manny Steward already calls him an ATG alongside the durans and the ray leonards

 

Steward, Bert Sugar, and other major writers have him at least top 30, if not top 20.
I have him in low 20s but that can be higher depending on how his recent opponents do after their Pac bout. Pac vs MAB I win for example got better as time passed.

Carlos Baldomir was ranked the lineal champion at Welterweight following his victory over Zab Judah, at the time Mayweather fought him. At that time Zab Judah was also ranked in the top10 P4P.

These are facts. Mayweather defeated the highest ranked fighter in the Welterweight division. Pacquiao on the other hand has fought tooth and nail to avoid Shane Mosley, who was the No.1 ranked Welterweight following his defeat of Antonio Margarito.

Are you crazy ? He has to prove it by fighting the best and stop avoiding
