All I know is they said they wanted the fight at 145, then they said NO, NO its going to be at 147, then the next day they said, No its going to be 145 and that was the last I heard. I think that Pac has his back against the wall on this, if they want to keep some thinking that its Floyd that stopped the fight then they better not have any problems making this fight, like they have in fights past. A point that people like to ignore.

 

This is all a waste of everyone's time. It's not like Top Rank will pull a Floyd/GBP when they kept the weight limit (144) secret like it's a matter of national security and then concoct a last-minute contract because one party wouldn't honor the weight specifics.

 

You shouldn't be surprised. Team Pacquiao flips flops more than John Kerry. Team Pacquiao doesn't know what they want. One guy is saying no problem, while another says the fight's off. They approved testing, then they didn't. Then they approved it but didn't want USADA. USADA was gone but now they wanted a 30 day cut-off. Then they wanted a 24 day cut-off. Then it was the principle of the 10 day difference.

 

clottey refuses the requests which gives pac the excuse to go after mayweather and the hype has been doubled successfully in less than 2 weeks.

i agree, these pacquiao people don't give consistent statements, that's why haters like you have plenty of rumours and gossips to work on because of some **** that pacquiao people says in the interview that contradicts each other. But in this one, everyone has been consistent at 147 lbs. the last one to clarify was Koncs saying he never ever said pacquiao would lobby for 145. there was a certain attorney gacal but that piece of **** just wanted to get interviewed because he is running for some political office in the philippines.

at the end, the contract's been signed, the press tour is on and the fight says ist at 147. end of thread
