    I mentioned the 154lb thing because the only person to say Mayweether wanted it, was Roach. I was asking a hypothetical question to prove a point about people being selective with what they believe. This thread is about Roach lying, but Roach is the sole source for the claim that Mayweather wanted the fight at 154lbs, which Mayweather fans bring up, to show he made concessions.

    If Roach is a liar, then Floyd didn't make the concession. That was my point.

    As for the quote, Roach later said the eardrum wasn't busted, so who knows? Again, if you're going to label Riach as a liar for this, then you can't use him as a credible source for anything else.

    I'm not getting into a debate about the negotiations. I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy amongst fans.​
