well to be fair i really only know about my own boxers rob,the only reason i will have a go at you is if you talk **** about them which you manage to do regularly.keep your **** coming rob!ha ha!

Agreed. Surely a trainer should have (at least!) a decent knowledge of boxing. Surely helps you look at potential ways to exploit an upcoming opponents style, or to give you a wider perspective of just where your fighters at. To be fair, I really like John Simpson, but Billy does go mad at people for having an opinion. Ultra-bias just does my head in to be honest, though fair play to him for coming on here as he is a good source for info for fans of his fighters.
Rob what ****ing statement to make,ive helped train fighters from scottish to world level succsesfully.i watch hours upon hours of opponents on dvd and you ask me if i know nothing on boxing.Rob please remind me what you have achieved in boxing and i may just sit up and take notice, of coarse your entitled to your opinion,but if your trying to slag me off mate look at my boxers records and come back with something a little more constructive.thanks.:huh
I cant understand why billy shouldnt defend his boxers as i would do the same if i trainned them i think sometimes he will be proud as punch about his boxers but i dont think it bad he comes on and supports them and it good he doing it under his own name not a nick name ive met billy a few times when i used to go to the braehead arena he seem a nice guy always cracking jokes not good one ( ha ha ) so i dont think it write to have a go unless you are making a fair point about his boxer constructive critizim never hurts anyone
