I know the guy has a lot of haters, but he's always been a warrior and boxing missed that type of fighter recently. It should be good seeing him fight again. I just hope that the Mosley annihilation was a blip and he isn't shot. Fingers crossed he can re-establish himself at welter.
I don't think any top welters would fight him now. I wouldn't mind seeing a Cotto rematch which is a fight both guys need.
Man the guy was avoided before the "wrap-gate" scandal you think people are gonna wanna go near margarito now?? Nah. As said previously Cotto's the only guy who NEEDS that fight. Personally i think theres enough good fights out there at welter without giving the cheat big paydays
funny thing is margo used to get hated on even before the illegal wraps were found, now people just pretend they hate him because he was caught cheating.
i dont hate him, i never really liked him but the dude got hated on far before the hand wrap scandal and most are pretending they hate him for being a cheater. the handwrap thing was just the icing on the cake.
Can't wait either. Cotto-Margo II has to happen. It was kind of sad to see Mosley crush him like that and his career crumble after the plastergate affair I hope he can get a few more wins against top guys to redeem himself
