I doubt Floyd fights Mosley

What's sad is the fact that floyd is just now starting to entertain the idea of fighting a dangerous opponent. Looking at his past 8 fights only Judah and DLH (somewhat) of a danger. He should've fought, along with his fights against hatton and DLH ( good fights financially ), margarito, mosley, cotto, and pac already. Hell, even cintron or quintana would do. Instead he choose to retire, then comeback only to fight a ****ing LW in JMM. I also dont believe he retired becuase he needed a break from boxing, **** he takes 6-7 months in between fights!! I'm thinking he took a "long break" and let the WW situation clear up a bit. I mean after he beat hatton, there are no more viable reasons for him not to fight williams, margarito, cotto, mosley, clottey or any other real welter out there.

I would not be surprised if mosley/pbf gets made. Floyd should've been fighting the top WW since his move to welter anyway.

Actually it goes to show that he takes the most lucrative easy route available. Not that that was always the case. Up until he hit 140 he was trying to fight the best in every division, and making **** for money, despite being on the P4P list. I guess if figured why bother fighting the best when you can fight the Gattis and Hattons of the world for far more money and far less pain.

He's not one of those blood and guts warriors who likes to get beaten up to amuse the fans, but it's not really ducking to take more lucrative, easier, fights. It's business, unattractive as it may be in the sport of boxing.

But hey, the only money fights left for Floyd are Mosely, Pac, and perhaps a jump up in weight again, so I expect he'll start taking harder fights because he's out of other options to make big fights. There are no Hatton, or Gatti, or DLH type cash cows out there right now. Only legacy fights will make him the sort of money he wants.

 

Who would people be picking at 140-147 Shane 10 years ago, or Floyd now? Floyd is a ****ing puss.

The fight wont happen even though Floyd would win, Mosley's gotten overrated for looking great against a come forward fighter with no defense. Still the fight will never happen Mayweather will fight a joke of a opponent like he has other than DLH at 154 for the past 8 freakin years still idiots will support him for whatever reason. Mayweather realized he can fight guys that arn't a threat for good enough money and he doesn't give a **** about his boxing legacy as he's said many time's. Floyd will not fight Mosley or any threat to his 0 EVER and that is a fact he pretty much got nutured after he went up from 135 It's hard to believe people still think he will fight a live(as in has a chance to beat him) opponent in his life time he wont.
