Hes not going to fight Shane, Shane is a legitimate threat to Floyd, both stylistically and in terms of physical ability. Shane is a comparable risk as Pac to Floyd but with a lot less money. Floyd loves money and does not like taking risks so the fallout of the Pac negotiations is bad for him too.

Show us an example of when the Mayweather Camp is loud during contract negotiations? They never are. They are very business like and are usually pretty silent during contract negotiations, this is nothing new.
