Yeah the reason i say these guys ok they been stopped but they've been with decent guys and also Vegas has a draw with Francis who is another guy i like to see Tony fight if he drops back down to light heavy. Maybe Vegas isn't coming back and ok he got stopped by Miranda but he doesn't go over easy and is ok opponent although i prefer Ovil...fresh and powerful and known for Prizefighter win beating him would be nice way to start 2010 for Tony imo.

**** all that hyping the fight. Get Bellew in there with Fry and Oakey. Let him spark them and once he is British and C'Wealth while Clev is Euro then make the unification for all the marbles. If both are world class they can still move on to honours.

Warren doesn't test our guys pre world title shot so they get to the world honourds and get exposed. If there is a 50-50 fight then make it. Warren can't lose if the fight is 50-50 and he owns both fighters as he still has the winner and can rebuild the loser.

HOWEVER Warren will protect his fighters and give them shite forever.

Step Bellew up. The guy wants it. Let him spark some guys.

It's pretty obvious the types of fight he needs.

The only worthwhile fights domestically would be Courtney Fry, Tony Oakey or maybe Danny McIntosh. That's it. The added bonus would be he'd be on the heels of Mr Cleverly with these fights, depending on how Cleverly progresses this year. Even if it doesn't result in a fight with Cleverly, which lets face it is quite likely given the promoter involved, he would have cleared out the domestic scene and would be well on his way for world honours.

Smashing machine...:yep I still laugh when that's mentioned even now..

I fancy Shumenov in the rematch as long as his stamina holds up, Fantastic fighter who'll go onto to good things as long as he learns from the defeat.

I beat various guys in the am's, O'Connell,Sexton,McDonald,JL Dickinson,Simmons and a few others..

I think Frank is doing a good job with me and I couldn't be happier if Im honest, He's mixed with a few punchers as well as a few crafty journeymen too, I feel he's brought me along perfectly. Velecky fight was perfect timing and hopefully this title fight will be the right timing too..:good

Frank is very misunderstood guys, From the first day I met him he's kept his word and delivered on everything he's said and has't broken his word once.. I also believe if you wanna become a star and your UK based he's the only man to think about...

Ovil McKenzie and Joey Vegas are ideal opponents and guys I should be turning over if Im gonna get where I wanna get and were I believe I will get, I am really looking forward to competing over the 12 round distance, You guys will see a different fighter, No less exciting BUT definitly different..

Once again I'd like to thank you all for your support it's really appreciated..:good

What would I do with Bellew this year?

Get him to drop f*ckin Z-Cars. Honestly mate, I'm one of a sh!t load of reds that want to cheer you on the ring walk but cant bring myself to do it with that sh!te blurring out!

Seriously though, sounds like it's hard for him to get decent domestic scraps at the moment. And I cant say I blame half the boxers out there for wanting a top pay day for fighting Tony - given his form. Maybe Europe is the best option.

Personally, I want to see him against Fry. That would be my pick if you could make any fight at the moment. For me, if he beats Fry well then the only domestic fight left is Clev. No disrespect to the other domestic LHWs like, but I just dont think they'd offer that great a challenge (or spectacle).

That's true. His track record certainly stands out. Hamed, Benn, Hatton, Calzaghe, and now Amir Khan.

What level of opponent? Are we talking British title contender? Fry or Oakey level?

I think you are ready to step up and crack some heads.

The 2 guys have some very good wins on there records.. Fry lost to one of them and the other one of them beat Joey Vegas so they can both fight and should provide a decent test for me..

All, with the exception of Khan were brought to prominence- and made stars by other promoters.

That said he did a great job with Khan- who was already a household name when he turned pro.

But name one other fighter Warren has taken from novice to star by himself and hasn't been defeated in a marking time match up?

Tony Oakey (beat Fry)- Could happen-FWP type of match up, but in good form and due to fight Danny Mcintosh for the English title... So no go at this stage i'd imagine.

Danny Mcintosh (beat Vegas)- Matched with Oakey.

Nathan Cleverley (beat both)- Not just yet.... if ever will Warren make this match.

Geard Ajetovic (beat Vegas)- No chance, a light middle/middleweight

Edison Miranda (beat Vegas)- Come on now... No chance.

JJ Ojuderie (beat Vegas)- 13-5 ... coming off a loss to Hastings Rasani- won and lost to vegas... This is one of your two possible opponents right? For me the match sucks.Largely unknown lacks any pop and out of form.

Ovill Mckenzie (beat Fry)- Won the prizefighter, since then inactive- largely inactive prior to Prizefighteer too... Robbed against Ajisafe... Good test. Recently rumoured to have spent time knocking ten bells out of a certain Manchester based SM prospect in sparring. I think this is one good opponent for you Mr Bellew.
