    I agree. If he continues it will start to hurt his speed. Although according to him and his trainers the speed has stayed with him as his weight has increased up to this point.

    I'm very impressed with Adamek. This guy is for real. He bulked up nice and I bet the heavys are fearing what they are seeing. He's no longer a small heavy. I would already pick him to beat Wlad Klitschko.

    Well you wouldn't expect them to say different.

    With Golota his abs didn't look as visible and hard as his CW days.

    There was some water weight on him.

    Absolutely. I'd prefer to see him at a fast handed 215 throwing combinations and beating his opponents to the punch. If he is fighting Arreola I think this is esecially important, because if Vitali took 11 rounds to stop him (even having lost some power) I don't see Adamek doing it at all
