damn, if he can keep his speed i'd be willing to put some money on him against povetkin. other than the klitshko's, i'd say chambers could outbox him other than that, he's even money with most heavies in my opinion

 

After 6th February we will know how this additional pounds of muscles influnced on Adamek

What does he need all the extra muscle for?

 

i think it's the same reason holyfield put it on. from 200-210, against giant heavies you stand the risk of getting bullied on the inside and losing durability. it sounds silly but that extra 10-15 pounds seems to help a lot of fighters take the heavyweight punches

 

He's building up well alright

I think who ever fights him should demand the "PBF testing system" with minimum 14 day test:hey

Looks massive in the upper body. Crazy to think he was at 175 not too long ago.

the whole thing is a joke. both Pac and PBF off my christmas card list!!!!!

 

he should be careful not to get to much bulk. Alot of bulk requires alot of oxygen

 

He looked lean & mean for Golata. He looked like he had room to comfortably add some pounds. Did'nt look like a bulked up cruiser @ all.

as for adamek, i'm thinking he could become a cruder version of holyfield if he keeps below 230

 

i agree BUT we shouldn't read too much into that fight. he looked in great shape but the fight itself doesn't give us much indication of his heavyweight credentials
