I disagree with you 100%, the people here pointing fingers at Floyd 99.9% of them just want to keep the hate on him rolling, look I hate on Floyd just as much as the next man does.
but it was not Floyd who rejected this style of testing and he to would have done the same test, it was Manny and Roach who decided to turn down the biggest fight in the history of the sport becuase they did not want to be subjected to testing that right there spells out or atleast looks like they are hiding something....

Then when you factor in that Roach has known about James Toney using roids prior to his fight with Ruiz, and still lied to the fans about it claiming he did not know when the entire time leading up to the fight, Roach, Fortune and Maca Foley all openly discussed Toneys steroid abuse in the gym.

Again the recent actions dont mean Manny is a cheater but they do raise an eyebrow and make you wonder why if he has nothing to hide why would he turn this fight down?

I haven't heard anyone people in the know agreeing with Pacquiao argument. Floyd can't be at fault for wanting stronger testing. If they only test you an hour and a half before the fight and right after the fight, you have way too much time to juice up and you can easily get off of the PEDs in enough time to get a clean test. The standard boxing test have never been any good. Regardless of the reason, I don't understand how Mayweather doing the right thing is somehow a bad thing.

Under the NSAC rules, a fighter is allowed to ask for extra testing. Mayweather did absolutely nothing wrong or illegal.

The amount of blood that would be needed to do this kind of testing would be harmless to Manny and would not have any kind of effect on him, if its a mental effect then he is mentally weak, and should not even be considered a elite fighter.
if he is that fragile that he can not deal with the sight of his own blood perhaps he should just run for mayor and work get some running water and electricity in his home town instead of boxing.

Bazooka, the egos of both parties prevented this fight from happening. Floyd and his team insulted Pac first with they called him a steroid user and asked him to prove them otherwise. Well inspite the public insult, Pac tried to enter into a compromise by offering three blood tests (during the conference, 30 days before and right after the fight) not to mention agreeing to a random urine test. Floyd countered with 14 days cut off, Pac offered 24 from the original 30 days. Floyd insisted on his demand inspite the presence of an arbitrator and (reported) pleas of GBP team to Floyd to accept it. Pac said **** off by entering into another fight.

A mere 10 day deference prevented the biggest fight of the year if not the decade from happening simply because both parties would not budge on their stands. The reality is each side wants to dictate his own terms on the other. It is simple as that.

And if you based it on image alone, Floyd has the reputation (deservely or undeservely) of avoiding legitimate threats. He also has the history of being engage in banned substance (xelophaine?) not mention his drug dealer of a father.

Except he didn't take that route. Had he taken the proper actions rather then try to force this through negotiations, this fight may have been made by now.

Manny is really suspect here. Like Bazooka said no one walks away from 40 million dollars if they're clean nobody. It makes him look like he has something to hide and didn't really want the fight.

That's the entire debate here, isn't it? How does anyone know that "doing the right thing" was mayweather's M.O.? I don't care what anyone says, whether they disagree or not, no one except for Floyd knows why he originally brought this issue to the media and what his true intentions were. Where's the proof, where's the basis of allegation? Why now? As much as you'd like to think you know, you don't.
