Did NSAC state that they would support olympic style drug testing? I heard that they had agreed to more intensive drug testing but that they would administer the testing. I had also heard that pac agreed to adhere how the NSAC ruled. Please advise if i heard incorrectly.

I know Bazooka hates Floyd. He is by no means a Mayweather fan. I hardly post here anymore for the simple fact that most poster don't want to have a boxing discussion they want to post bull****.
Facts are facts. Manny walked away from 40 million because of drug tests. If he has nothing to hide he agrees to them and takes it out on Floyd in the ring.
I agree with Bazooka something is not right.

I think the commission when ever Manny signs to fight in Vegas should mandate the testing be done if he plans on fighting in Nevada.

He never petitioned the NSAC until after this was all made public. Going to the NSAC shold have been the first thing he/Ellerbe/GBP did before going public with this.

So no, he did not do it the right way.

It doesn't matter if it is his M.O. or not, because it's still the right thing. The proof in a lot of peoples minds is Pacquiao moving up several weight classes and physically dominating much bigger fighters. If you remember, this is the same guy that couldn't stop worn out Oscar Larios. Larios was moving up two weight classes for that fight. Israel Vasquez stopped Larios in three rounds the fight right before the Pacquiao fight. Pacquiao bullying much bigger fighters, losing no speed, and maybe even gaining power while moving up in several weight classes is unheard of.

So who's going to Dallas to see the Pac fight? I know I am!!

Hope Margarito gets his license as well...want to see how he is without the plaster!!

Can't wait!! Is that wrong for me to support live boxing even if it includes both fighters?

Does it make me a bad guy? Man, I hope not!!

    That should be explored further.

From all I heard the "breaking point" was the 30-24 day window versus the 14 day window.

He did not violate any rules nor did he violate any rights of the other parties so yes he did go about this the right way.

You don't have to petition the NSAC. You can negotiate this into the contract and the NSAC will approve. How is that wrong?

Yes I am. Pac made 22 mill for Cotto, his stock went up I'd say he'll make 20 million no problem because he'll be getting a bigger% than he did against Cotto. Unless my memory serves me wrong Pac got 60% Cotto 40%. Against Clottey he'll be getting what 65-70%? So even if it does less numbers Pac's walking away with the same $$$$

My numbers may be slightly off but one thing I do know,
He's not walking away from 40 million, you're wrong.

This is debate is worst than the Tito vs Oscar fight.....The only thing I can say is that until we have solid proof that Pac is on roid, Im siding with Pac on this one. Just like you did with Margarito, Bazooka...But we are still cool though....lol...

I agree in that Mayweather kept it way too informal. It would have been reasonable to handle this just like 8oz. gloves at WW. Could have added a nice little clause...

If both fighters agree AND will cover costs of testing, the NSAC will administer whatever testing as long as it is from an accredited testing body.

That I do hold against FMJ. You can't go half ass legit. Either it is real or it isn't.

Really? Does that mean we should all assume that Adamek is juicing? What about B-hop? Why don't we just all assume that everyone in boxing is guilty until proven innocent.

Are you sure it's still the "right thing"?
