either mate, i'm just love the training and sparring. I would say i am a very serious recreational boxer, but i'm too old for serious competition

thanks mate, i was always intrigued by this place but was worried it was too much of a 'aerobic boxing' place but i have since heard they have some proper fighters from there

I don't rate that gym, not alot of intelligence there in my opinion. Try Petersons gym, next suburb over (Belmont) if you want lots of sparring and a coach who knows his stuff.

its mostly circuit training, but there is options of sparring with the registered fighters but not at great times!!!
i considered it a while back as i work round the corner but its all too "boxing for fitness"....

petersons does have a good rep but there are 2 gyms in gosnells.
foxys and dave hassans.very good amateur coaches and dave is going for his pro ticket too.id try him out as its a bit closer too.

i emailed boxing for fitness stating what i was looking for and didn't get a response, i think that says a lot
