If Ricky is serious about fighting a top fighter who will consolidate his career then he should fight Bradley, Khan or Alexander. I don't see how JMM will offer more than Bradley because the Guy is a career Featherweight who as fought once above 135 and was taken to school. Ricky may not be Mayweather Jr in terms of ability but he will be bigger and without a title on the line it doesn't seem that important.
Bradley as built up a solid resume and his now the rightful ruler of the 140 division. A fight between them both is a good match up because Ricky can handle a lot of what Bradley does best bar the constant butting.
A Khan fight won't happen with Frank Warren in the equation and as for Alexander he faces Urango and the winner won't be ready until the Autumn at the earliest.
I just don't want to see Ricky face Oscar under any circumstances. They are both friends and both driven by money and cheap sales pitches. There is no doubt they will milk the publicity and I wouldn't be surprised if Hatton said ''it was a eliminator for the £4£ title :-(''. Two fighters as good as they both were going half hearted in some Gay slow dancing competition isn't something I'd like to remember both fighters for no matter how they would try to glam it up.

A friend of my mates old man used to work with a fella who used to sell goldfish to Matthew Hatton. His mate told him that Hatton and Curtis Warren were bringing in a fresh shipment, half for Ricky, half to be sold in the Isle of Man.

Bollocks mate. This is the kind of **** that really pisses me off. Sportsmen live in the public eye so they can expect a fair amount of criticism in exchange for how well paid they are, but suggesting stuff like this is bang out of order. Whether it be in relation to boxers, footballers or anyone else.

Just to throw a spanner in the works... if he was on it up until the beginning of "Camp Pacqiuao" and given Pac's reluctance to take tests after the first press conference... how did Hatton get through his routine tests?

Absolute horse****. Whoever starts these rumours should be shot. Honestly.

Anyway, back to the point in hand. I'd pay to see Hatton fight again against pretty much anyone. Do I think he should come back? No. He's proved all he needs to (other than to people such as Betty). The only way he can improve his legacy is by beating Floyd or Pac. Which wont happen. So he should sit off with his riches. But if he wants to fight on, I'll be first in line for a ticket.

Hmm dunno , coke is out of your system pretty fast and there is so much of it about now it must have been offered countless times , I wouldn't be shocked if he had a toot.

To be honest its the booze and **** food that I find more disturbing (certainly for an athlete) and even if he had been taking a wee bit now and then it was the booze and pies that ruined him.

Would I go see hatton v dlh , nah it would be like Faith No More at download , yeah the guys are the same , they look roughly the same , but sound like **** !

Hatton atm looks like hes training hard using the danny williams mr kipling chicken method so he can face audley harrison or possibly mr kipling himself for the p4p chicken wing eating contest :patsch

Whatever happens, all i know is that this year is going to be the most exciting for British boxing in years...I honestly dont think its going to happen but i think the british public deserve a hatton vs khan in the summer. Its what everyone wants to see! :good

Not a fan, but would PPV, probably because it would be all that was on boxing-wise and there might be a half-decent undercard. I think I'd even feel guilty if i didn't subscribe; plus I've a couple of weans and my mates would come round, so very much a good night in IMO.

There's really no place for drug taking allegations on a website like this one. This is stuff of urban legend - the great British disease rears its head again. A guy makes a few quid and the jealous masses await his downfall. The green eyed monster rears its head yet again. Give the guy a break FFS and be wary of posting stuff that may come back to haunt you!!

As I've said, I'm not a fan, but I've probably not missed any fight that's been televised and have dug deep on PPV events along the way. In this respect I'm sure I'm not alone. On occasion I've even cheered the wee guy on... probably a British thing. I seriously hope he hangs up his gloves but will be in my armchair ready to press the PPV button when he next enters a ring. despite all I've said, I go on record as saying I honestly don't think I've ever wanted him to lose. Is there anything wrong with that?

Guilty as charged mate; I'll stand up to anyone who peddles in unsubstantiated bollocks; that's what the tabloids are for, not half-decent boxing DGs :nut Rumour and hearsay; but basically one load of ****-stirring nonsense. Can you prove this is the truth and do you believe everything your mates tell you? Don't answer that... think we know the answer!

When you get a minute, pull your head out of your ar*e and grow up. Can we stick to the actual boxing and leave all the tittle tattle for the papers. Next you'll be telling us that your mate saw him buy a jazz mag and a box of hankies. Who the f*** cares. Is it not past your bed time?

I know I'm probably winding you up; so feel free to call me for everthing. It's expected and I promise I won't respond...
