gonna miss his claiming to fame fights by picking 140 fighters and making them come to 147 or making 135 come to 144 lol

hey man i agree. i don't think he's the best by any means but i honestly think mayweather does. the manny thing shows a bit of fear but i genuinely think he feels he's the greatest of all time and doesn't need to prove it to the likes of the lowly boxing fans. why fight manny when you can fight exhibitions against marquez. next up: four midgets and a declawed bear at the county fair.

I was thinking about this today.
I think Floyd is a step behind Pernell. Like a B+ Pernell.

I even believe i would miss the klits more if they retired then the heavyweight division would suck even more then it does already with all bums winning titles every 3 months.
Also pacquiao retiring would be a loss to the game.
If floyd made fights everyone wanted to see and that he can win because he is one of the most talented boxers it would be a loss to the game, but now it aint just like it wasnt when he retired the first time.

Ali was operating in a political and social minefield at the time, with the Civil rights movement, Vietnam, the black muslims, Mlk and Malcolm X situations... etc all going on.
Floyd has a rap record label and 'fought' a wrestler:roll:....hardly comparative.

And as the guys said, Ali still faced the top guys until being banned.

I'll be honest though, no matter how sound a Floyd apologists argument is, once they call him 'money', i cant take them seriously, i just cant.:verysad
