If the fight was signed at 145 why did Pac try to say DLH rigged the scales?????? Why did he say he went to his dressing room and weighed his self and he was heavier on his on scales Smart Guy??????

yeah. Manny's yet to fight a legitimate welterweight match at the regular limit.

You are really stupid. I challenge you to present any documentation that this fight was, in fact, a catchweight fight. You can't! Because it wasn't! Let it go. Find something else to do with your life. For the last time, OSCAR WEIGHED IN AT 145 lbs. ON HIS OWN! No contract dictated that.

I put something inacurate on there. In fact it was supposedly contracted at 147. But it was still considered a catch weight fight because Oscar was going down And Pac was going up...

What a spastic. If you are going to make such a ***** thread, at least know the facts first. The Pac-Oscar fight was at the 147-pound welterweight limit. Oscar weighed in at 145 because he ****ed up making the weight.

    F-f-f-f-f-f-ail!

OMG, you are making it worst. Do you even know what boxing is? The fact was, the contract said that the fight will be at 147. It was De La Hoya's fault that he weigh in at 145, Pacquiao was 142. I don't really understand your logic here. Even a 12 years old can understand this.

:hi: *******. Waving can either mean hello and goodbye, in the case of the TS it means goodbye for that atrocious post. LOL @ you saying I'm a floydette. I have never defended Mayweather but nuthuggers like you can't see I'm an unbiased fan of the sport. All you can do is bash and hate on me because I simply said Manny should've taken the damn blood test. Just because I am all for tougher PED testing in the sport, *******s (like yourself) automatically assume I'm a floydette. Now, you either get off Pacquiao's nuts or mines but you only get to pick one. ***** :hi::hi::hi::hi::hi::hi::hi::hi::hi::hi::hi::hi:

Jumping weight classes is NOT a catchweight!!! A catchweight is contracting at a weight between division limits. For example, the Division Limit for WW is 147, but Manny and Cotto put in the CONTRACT that they would fight at 145 (2 pounds less than the division limit).

It's only a catchweight if it is added to the contract. Coming in less on their own, moving up to a new division, or moving down to a lower division are not considered catchweights.

    Get It???

i feel sorry for this thread creator, he clearly made a total fool himself and got his logic totally wrong

now he will be humiliated at every thread he posts at, kinda like that guy who said khan wont be a top boxer because his private parts look too shrunk up during a weigh in lol

It's not like Oscar even moved down a full weight class though. He fought Forbes at a catchweight of 150. He had to lose 3 more pounds than he did for the Forbes fight.
