lol, these joyboys are treating pacquiao like he was a welter for 5 years already. look at the circumstances first. pacquiao just short of 2 years ago was still fighting at sufer feather.

i voted shane. pac is a welter now but he is more suited to JWW weight-wise. and you guys are treating pac like he was a welter already for 5 years. cut hm some slack. i bet you are one of the guys who are slagging pac for fighting oscar at 147 when you failed to realize that he was coming from 135 himself.

you cannot really compare pac and floyd directly but pac was the first to fight an elite welter with cotto after just 2 fights at the weight. floyd has been in the weight for sometime and the best he could come up is baldomir.

 

the only thing to bash here is forcing cotto to defend the belt at 145 but that's it. it was a catchweight and people think catchweight is justified because pac just came from 140 and he is fighting a legit-elite welter threat in cotto whereas pac was not yet fully tested at the weight.

do you think baldomir at 147 is better than cotto at 145?
