Should Margarito be banned for life?

panama lewis took padding out the ****en glove for ****s sake......margarito's wraps were never tampered with, they were just old and had 2 substances that are found in many things

 

Margarito would have been in Prison by now if it truely was plaster of paris, that is a fact because if there were plaster paris you could prove intent, which obviously the DA that was involved knew there was not enough evidence to support any intent becuase there wasnt plaster paris found there were "Trace elements" meaning minut, meaning it could have come from just about anything.
The man deserves a 2nd shot and is getting one like it or not.
