Norris is up there among the top 10 no doubt. But personally i have always felt that Hearns and McCallum were #1 and #2 respectively.

Hearns and McCallum would have checked his chin. They are rightfully the number 1 and 2 at the weight, while Norris might come in third.
Terry Norris ranks #3 on my top 5 middles with McCallum and Jackson at 1 and 2 respectively. No way does Winky Wright deserve to be ahead of Norris on any 154 pound rankings and that goes to Benitez as well.
McCallum wins but a fight with Hearns is 50/50. Norris beats every other 154 pounder besides McCallum and Jackson.
