    Thanks... Roger has a great, great talent there. He might not be the most articulate man in the world communication wise but I love that, style... makes lots of sense- trains muscle memory and reactions very well... Got lots to work on tonight now ta!!!

    ah yes, i have this dvd. if you take notice he breaks down the check hook in this video. to all you *******s who said otherwise, its catching the left hook with the right hand and then throwing your own left hook. not sure which part it is but i think its when hes with the chick

    It's probably the only video I'd ever seen of someone breaking down this style of pad-work so methodically. I'd seen it but thanks a lot for posting it, valuable piece of info.
